Two 2002 Outlook Calendars

I am currently in a situation where I have two Outlook
accounts due to 1) working for my company (Outlook located
in my laptop) and 2) also supporting a client that uses
Outlook in their own intranet (using a desktop). Is there
anyway to export the desktop/client calendar events into
my laptop Outlook so I have one calendar to plan from? I
need to synch up the calendars in a way so I can show my
availability in both environments so I am not doublebooked
in meetings. I prefer to have my laptop Outlook to be the
main calendar since I synch my PocketPC from that one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
