Twinmos mem settings in A7n8x

I have an Asus a7n8x deluxe rev 2 with 512mb of Twinmos DDR3200 RAM. What
settings should I have in the bios for this memory. What's all these
numbers like 3,5,6 etc? Im confused :( I also read conflicting specs for
this memory, anyone have any running, and at what settings? Im hoping this
may have something to do with my problems mentioned in another thread ealier
today.

User Defined Memory Timings
Example of RAM rated "3-4-5-6-T1"
Reverse the numbers starting at 6 (6543), they represent what you see in
the bios from top-down.
SDRAM Active PreCharge Delay = 6
SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay = 5
SDRAM RAS PreCharge Delay = 4
SDRAM CAS Latency = 3

It's best to run the ram in Sync (100%) of the FSB setting
for best stability and performance.
So use as 200MHz FSB setting and adjust CPU multiple setting to get CPU
back to default speed if you like. ;p
