Microsoft Beta
Microsoft has yet to release a version of TweakUI for Vista. However a
combination of two other programs will achieve most of what those who rely
on TweakUI expect.
1. Get TweakVista from http://www.tweakvista.com/
2. Use the original TweakUI for Windows 95, which installs and works mostly
correctly on Vista.
Install 1 and use the UAP tab to turn off all the new UAP stuff. This can
make life much simpler for those who tire quickly of seeing the Allow
prompts for almost anyting one wants to do in Vista.
You can then use 2 to, among other things, do an auto logon to Vista for
each boot.
