I don't know about TweakUI but TweakVI is available (Google it). I am using
using it on my Ultimate x64 edition successfully.

Thanks. That might satisfy my PowerTools jones until TweakUI is released.

I haven't tried it but several sites say you can use the XP version of
tweakui (86 and 64) if you follow the instructions.
