Tweak UI Problem

Haggard the Horrendous

Under the Paranoia section of Tweak UI I have "Play Data CD's" turned
off. Something is re-enabling it all the time. This is most annoying.
I'm using an ATI Radeon 9000 video card (and the associated software)
and Power DVD (where the option to automatically play DVD's is turned
off). W98SE.

Any suggestions or is there something better I can use?

Do you have Winamp? If so, uncheck the "Launch Winamp for audio CDs"
box in File Format preferences. If it is checked the CD autoinsert
will be reactivated each time you start Winamp.

It was and I just did. Hopefully this will fix it. That Interactual
Player bastard thing is most annoying. Thanks.

I would also check Device Manager/CDROMs/Properties/Settings, and make
sure that Auto Insert Notification is turned off there as well.
