I'm having problems with my scanner. After using support from the manufacturer, I found out that I'm missing the Twain in my registry. How can I add Twain back in my registry?
The only way is to reinstall the scanner drivers, or install the twain
driver itself, I think.... www.driver-downloads.com/twain-driver.htm
Sometimes twain drivers can conflict with each other too. They are usually
in \WINDOWS\twain_32. U can delete the files out of this folder if you don't
have any other twain devices (i.e Cameras etc) before you reinstall but I
would just try to find the twain driver installer for whatever scanner you
have and try that first.
