Can someone point me to a spec sheet on the web? Need to know if it will
work with my Mattrox G200 video card.

You'd be wanting the spec sheet for the G200, not the TView 99. Don't
know ALL the requirements of the video card, but typically they'll support
hardware overlay (which the G200 and almost all [if not all] do).

Considering that the G200 also came as a G200 TV, Marvel, which had it's
own BOB with a tuner, capture abilities, I'd expect it'll work fine though
Matrox seemed to have some trouble getting the drivers polished for the
G200, so it might be more of a need-to-try-it-and-see situation.
