TV tuner app freezes with HT CPUs

Does anyone have the fix to this...I cannot locate it for
download on MSFT sites anywhere...but supposedly there is
a fix...

I have similar problem. I called MS support and I also found an article in the Knowledge data base.. #817589. MS provided me a patch. It seems to have helped with video playing on my monitor which was freezing. However, the recorder still doesn't behave correctly.
