Hook up the S-video cable and the mini-phono to RCA cable to the TV and
computer.
Start the computer and turn on the TV.
Right click on a blank area of the desktop. Left click on Properties.
Left click on the Settings tab. Depending on the video card the next part
may be different. I will tell you how to do it with an ATI card.
Click Advanced button.
Click the Displays tab. You should be able to click on the TV
enable/disable icon and it will allow you to view the display on the
laptop's monitor and also the TV.
Remember, the TV must be turned on and all cables connected when the
computer is turned on.
Most other systems with TV out will work similarly.
