TV out on xp

Hi i got Asus P4SE-U2 mainboard and Asus GeForce4 mm420 64mb and i cant get
tv out to work on WinXP SP1 wtih any drivers but my tv out work with older
driver 45.16 on win98se normaly???
Any solutions??
 
I test it latest but same prob nview option works but still no pic on tv. i
remind on win 98se with older dirvers it works perfect so tv out ok but
problem is with dirvers!!!
