Tv On The Pc

There are tonnes of Free Software ... of course you can watch TV for free, they call it terrestrial TV.
However, here in the UK you will need a "TV Licence" if any equipment is capable of receiving TV transmissions ... so if you install a TV-video card, you will need a TV licence.
If you "download" a TV show that is a recording then you do not need a TV licence to view it. Here is a good example of free TV.
Oh, and if this is a "one post wonder" to advertise some crap sh1te software, then you ain't done your homework on these forums.

You can buy various things like that on eBay but i doubt the legality of such products...
no what he told me was that this was the real thing and that it was not a recording and he also told me that the picture was a little fuzzy when then the shows started and that he had his choice of channels he could watch and that he didnot buy it from ebay but downloaded it off the internet.
