Does someone know if there is a tutorial available that
teaches how to use microsoft word and microsoft tasks,
etc?

Probably can find something via Google Searches, and also look at
Microsoft's Office web site. Also visit library/bookstore. The
Microsoft Press 'step by step' books are good, as are many from other
authors.
