I would like to know if there is a tutorial, for using dropdown lists in
Word, to be used in a form? I would like to have the list in one column, and
when an item is selected. Automatically fill-in text in adjacent cells.

Mr. Mayor,
Thank-you very much, it worked perfectly. Is there a limit on the # of
"IF's", I can use?

Just curious, is there a similar function in Word as "VLookup", as in Excel,
using bookmarks?

You can only have 25 items in a form field drop down list - and in answer to
your second question - no!

Mr. Mayor,
I did notice that limit in tutorials with droplist boxes. So I am
considering just using a text form field, and bookmarking that. And creating
a table in another Word.doc, to be referenced. That was the reason for the
second question.
