TUSL2-C GeForce FX 5600XT problems

Hi to everybody,
I'm getting some graphics problems (corrupeted texture) trying a geffo
5600xt on my tusl2c.
Is it a mobo problem? (I suppose so :-( )
The same graphic card works fine on P4 QDI mobo.

I'd like to let you know that the problem was really the power supply.
I didn't remember that my power supply was just a 250W (not 350W) and once
replaced with a 450W
everything works properly. The drivers I'm using are 53.03 beta.
