Turning the clip from portrait to landscape

Hi
I hope that someone can help me out. I took some movies with my digital camera. I had to do some shots in portrait style as I was limited with space. How can I change the clips to landscape? Any help is much appreciated!! Thanks!
 
There are rotate 90 and a rotate 270 degrees video effects that you could
apply to the clips...
