We are running Outlook 2000.
When my boss enters a new contact and saves, he reopens
to find the private field checked. He did not check this
field when he saves. This is a problem because I cannot
see his contacts when this happens. The same thing
happens when I enter a contact for him. I make sure the
private field is not checked, but when I save it, it
automatically gets checked. How do I undo? Please
advise. Thanks.
