Turning on Links in Outlook

Due to recent outlook security patches the Link option in outlook has been
turned off, so when someone receives a link via email, the user cannot
connect to it with out turning off the option. I would like to create a GPO
for my network to turn the option back on, but there doesn't seem to be a way
to do so. Is there some way to do this that we are not seeing here? If so I
believe a way needs to be developed. Thank you

which registry keys need to be changed/added. The article doesn't say
anything about registry changes.

it's a reg key setting I believe, so turning it on permanently should be
possible via a logon script or gpo.

No, there's no option to turn off the blocking of links on phish-suspect messages.

I think it's this value in the profile:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles\Outlook\0a0d020000000000c000000000000046
000b042a

the other junk mail keys (safe and blocked lists) are above it.

BTW - this is for messages that fail the phisihng test in folders other than
junk email. links are disabled in junk email for security reasons.

toggle the setting in ol - F5 to refresh the screen in the reg editor.
