You've likely found the problem in that card. Next step would be to move
the cards around to different slots to see if can find a slot in which that
card is comfortable and allow the system to properly shut down.
 
Your guess is as good as mine. Sometimes I have to focus on the problem and
try to ignore extraneous information unless I think it's useful in which
case I have to ask for clarification.:-)
 
It's some crazy software that sets your computer's clock ahead by about one
month!

Hi to everybody.. i have a windows XP pro box with a non linear edition
hardware and does not turn off correctly, i have tested with the SP1 .. not
solved.. then installing freshly with an ACPI Hal to avoid irq´s problems..
nothing at all.. i have to move my hardware from the pci to see what
happen? Oh.. when i disable my edition card the xp turn off correctly.. may
be a irq problem?? or not sharing well?
