Turning off Operator assisted dialing for DUN

Everytime I creat a dial up connection I recieve a message
asking me to pick up the phone and manually dial the
number and then hang up. How do I disable this feature?
I have look everywhere. Any advice?
 
Control Panel > Network Connections > Advanced > Operator
Assisted Dialing

Click on above to uncheck it.
