Turning off Hyperlinks

I am doing a invoicing sheet where I need to include a
clients email address but when you enter it, it
automatically changes to a hyperlink I need to turn this
feature off or is it possible to format the way in which
the web address is displayed, currently it defaults to
8point need it to be 14point

For XL2002/2003 you can turn this feature off in Tools/Autocorrect.
