Turn on links in email

On my email messages there is a note in the title bar to "click here to turn
on links". How do set this so I can click on the link by defualt to go
there rather than having to click that title bar each time?

Bob, I'm having this same problem. It's a pain. Can someone please
help?
 
in all folders except Junk mail, it's tools, options, junk email. the junk
folder is special - you'll need to move messages out of junk to click those
links if enabling links doesn't help.
