TURN OFF

I have WINDOWS XP Pro. and the computer will not shut
down automaticly by it self. I get a message saying it's
ok to turn off your computer.

The computer did shut off when it was running on windows
98. Ever since I installed XP Pro. it will not shut down
by it self.

Is there a comand I can give it?
