Turn off will not respond

I have problem with Log off; Shut down and restart. None
of this work unless I go to the Task manager and have ot
disable the REGDIT.exe. In order to delete it I have top
click on twice since in the first time it'll delete it.

I trieds to go to msconfig and delete from there, but it
does not show it inthe startup nor anywhere else.

Any remedies?

regdit.exe is not a standard xp file.
It's either a virus, spyware or trojan.

Run the usual tools to get rid of it.
