Turn off the startup, please gcasDtServ.exe

I would like to requeset a feature. I hate running
processes and having a spyware package that can't be
disabled seems pretty silly. It looks like there is no way
to disable 'gcasDtServ.exe', short of uninstalling antispyware.

Actually, Microsoft AntiSpyware runs strictly as a process, so if you end
that you are terminating the use of the program which would be ulitmately
shutting protection again intrusion of Spyware.

Hi

Well, the most important benefit with MSAS
is "real time protection" for all important
Windows components, so why disable it ?

I can´t understand all of these scheduled scans
when everything is "real time protected" ?

The only time a scan is needed is when new defs arrives

But if you want to disable it:
Start-Run msconfig and uncheck gcasDtServ.exe

But that is to go against the most important principle with this
program.
