K Ken Slovak - [MVP - Outlook] Apr 8, 2009 #4 It works with loaded PST files in Outlook 2007. That's related to the instant search. You need that running and you have to set it to also index all the loaded PST files. It still won't work with delegate mailboxes or public folders.
