Turn off pop-up of previous text in internet fields

Hi

In internet explorer how do I turn off the option that keeps the previous
used text in fields such as in a 'search' field on msn/google etc.

I find it incredibly annoying.

Hi Gareth,
Right Click your IE icon on your Desktop and select Properties from the drop
down list and on the IE properties window click on Content Tab then Under
Personal Information titled Header click on AutoComplete Button, there you
can Uncheck the check Boxes under Use AutoComplete for
[ ] Web Addresses
[ ] Forms
[ ] User names and passwords on forms
Then click Ok to confirm your Changes and to close the AutoComplete Settings
window, then close the IE Properties and Reboot your Machine or Hit F5 to
refersh yuor computer.
