'Turn off computer' menu keeps poping up

As soon as I connect to the Internet, the menu automatically keeps poping up and disappear every 10 seconds. It only happens when I log into my XP account, it doesn't happen on anyone else's account. If I don't connect to the Internet, I don't get the problem...

I really need some help here...
