Turn off AutoUpdate notice

I would like to turn off that reminder that says "Windows Security Alert".
I am using this system off line sometimes and I don't care to be getting
that warning.

If I do that it wants to connect to the Internet and the computer does not
have access. I would have to pack it up and bring it home which is what I
can not do. I have that red icon in my tray and that popup I would like to
get rid of.

Just change the Security Center alert settings. Open the Security Center
applet in Control Panel and click on the link (left side) that says
"Change how Security Center alerts me".
