Turn off access default messaging

Hi,

I am using Access 2002 (Office XP)

I have a combo box to which I have coded on the the OnNotInList Event a
msgbox stating the user must select from the list.

However as well as my message appearing , the standard Access message also
appears - how can I stop this?
