Turn accidental sub-folder back into a folder

I'm using Outlook 2003 and accidentally turned one of my folders into a subfolder. In plain English since I'm not a techno-person, what can I do to turn this subfolder back into a regular folder? Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
 
Drag the folder from the Folder List to whatever folder you want to be its
parent.
