is it possable to turn of the click sound you get when you click a link? i
have my computer hooked up to my stero in my room, and when someone is
surfing the net, i get the click noise over my music. it drives me nuts.

Hi Chuck - In Control Panel, open Sounds and Multimedia. In the Windows
Explorer section, select "Start Navigation", then in the Name dropdown
select "None", then Apply and OK out.

Hi. I have the opposite problem - the "Click" sound has stopped on MSIE when
I click a link and I want it back. However, I *can* turn it on in Control
Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices but then it only works for other apps such
as windows explorer, but MSIE remains silent...

MSIE 6.02 SP2 WinXP
