Actually, Turbo Pascal v5.5 is available for free from Borland:

freepascal is a great bet.
Turbo Pascal 5.5 was released by borland on their dc site as abandoned.

For the US version please download Turbo Pascal 5.5 US below. Thanks.

U must have an account (its free ) on the site in order to download TP 7

I believe that there were some free versions at Borland's 'museum' website
