Turbo Mode produces Bad bios checksum

Enabling Turbo Mode produces Bad Bios checksum in P4C800 Deluxe and then I
have to reflash from the cd, and reflash back to 1008. Why does this
happen?

Turbo mode assumes that DDR 400 memory is being used. RTFM; see Page 1-2.
Also see Page 4-16, about the possible need to set the Performance Mode to its
default Auto setting.
 
I am using Corsair pc3500 ram, so it should work in Turbo Mode, for now,
it's on auto.
