Hi, have you looked at the accessibility options.
The easiest way is to go to All Programs, Accessories, Assessibility
Have a look at the options there particularly magnifyer.

Try this. view>text size. click on "largest."
There are other solutions and surely someone will tell you other options.
That's just the most simple.
Where is the font too small? On the desktop? In specific
applications? Which applications?
In most applications, if you have a wheel mouse, you can change
the size of the font by holding down the Ctrl key and scrolling
the wheel.
To make *everything* bigger (but get less on the screen), change
to a lower resolution. Right-click on the desktop and choose
Properties. On the Settings tab, move the slider under "Screen
resolution" to the left.
