It sounds like your browser is blocking the installation of an ActiveX
control. This can be related to a few problems:
1. Corrupted install previously - Go to your WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED
PROGRAM FILES directory and delete any MSRDP controls you see. Then
try to go to the website.
2. You don't have priveleges to install programs on your machine..
3. Go to Internet Options - Security Settings - Custom Level. Make
sure the option for Download Signed ActiveX Controls is enabled.
Close out of this dialog box, close the browser, then try to view the
website again.
