We are trying to connect to a remote server using
Terminal server. Three people have no problem. 4 people
do. We have all downloaded the latest Remote Desktop
Client and still can not connect.

We are wondering if there is some type of client setings
that are not allowing for us to get connected.

Can anyone help with some suggestions or is there an
article on the website that might be able to help?

Thank You,
Mark

What is the license situation on the Terminal Server? What mode and
which version of TS are you running (Windows NT4, 2K, or 2K3)...

If you are running Windows 2003 Server in Remote Desktop mode, then
you are limited to two terminal services session + 1 console session
(for a total of 3). In Application mode, you are limited to the
number of licenses in the Terminal Services License Server.
