TS Services wont' start...

I can install and uninstall Terminal Services on this 2000 Server BOX with
no problem. However the Term. Serv services will not start. the error
1053... Have you seen this and how can it be fixed so we can terminal to
this 2000 server with SP4. I would appreciate any help.

Just to be sure, have you installed Terminal Services with Control
Panel - Add/Remove Programs - Add Windows component? Check

Are there any events in the EventLog when you boot your server?
