TS not working after patch install

One of our sites recently installed SP3 and SP4 to the Win
2K Server PC with Terminal Services they also installed
all of the patches up to 11/17/03. After installing SP4
they noticed that TS was no longer functioning. They
uninstalled SP4 thinking this was the issue, however this
made no change. Does anyone have experience with this
issue? Thanks. RS
 
Did you apply both SP3 and SP4 (meaning you were at SP2)?
That should not be necessary, SPs are cumulative.
If you applied both SPs, did you do a reboot in between, or used
qchain? If not, you can run into problems. If that is what happened,
have you tried to re-apply the latest SP (SP4) once more?

Anything in the EventLog?
Is the TS listening on port 3389 (check with netstat -an)
When you start TS Manager, is the listener status "down"?
Does it help if you delete the rdp-tcp connection and create a new
one?
