Am getting the message "Your interactive logon privilage
has been disabled" after taking an auto update from MS to
our TS2000. We can log in as Admin but not a user. Have
checked "logon on locally" on user rihts assignment. Still
no go. We found a ref to this problem in MS knowledge base
815266 but this only applies to Server 2003 not Server
2000.

Anyone have any solutions?

Regards

Rob

Rob,

1. Go into your terminal server configuration admin tool and check the
properties of your RDP-TCP connections. Look under the permissions tab and
make sure that "users" or some other appropriate group has user access.

2. Make sure that your terminal server is not in remote admin mode.

3. Go into AD users and computers into the properties of one of your
problem users. Go to the "terminal services profile" tab and make sure that
they have the "logon to terminal services" box checked.

I hope this helps.
