TS in a workgroup

Can install terminal services on servers that are in a workgroup? I know that
the license server needs to be on a DC in 2000 and I have a domain and a DC
available but I have 3 servers in a workgroup that I would like to install
terminal services on.

Yes, no problem.

There are 2 exceptions to the rule that a W2K TS Licensing Server
must run on a Domain Controller: when the W2K TS is a member of a
NT4 domain, or a workgroup.
Just install the Licensing service on one of the W2K servers that
is also a TS.
