TS forces machine reboot when remote connection attempted to it

Do you have the latest service pack? I seem to recall a
problem like this being fixed in SP3 or SP4.

Hi,

Thanks for responding. Yes, I updated to SP4 and it
didn't seem to help. Strangely, when I plugged in a USB
keyboard it worked great. But PS2 keyboard just doesn't
work. And it's not the hardware because the hard disk
was removed and put into an identical machine and the
problem remained. I'm not sure if they're related or not.
