TS Ends Connection after approx 1 hour

I have a remote office that is getting kicked off of the
TS almost every hour @ exactly 5 till the hour, regardless
of when they log on, both users get kicked off at the same
time? We are connected via a VPN and I have not seen an
error in the connection between the 2 offices? I am not
seeing anything in the Event Viewer either?

This has been going on now for a good month and I can not
think of any changes to the OS, updates, patches? Is
there maybe a Registry Key I should be checking?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Do they get kicked off when they are idle or when they are
actively working?

It seems odd that they get kicked off with such
regularity. Have you tried running a continuous ping to
see if there are packets being dropped? Are there any
other activities on your network that might cause such a
problem, like a scheduled job?
