TS Disconnects

Hello,
I have a Windows 2003 server running Terminal Services (TS). When person A
is connected via TS and person B connects via TS person A gets disconnected.
I can I configure TS so mulitpule persons can connect? Does it need to be
installed TS application mode?

Do they log on as the same user name? In that case, check in Terminal
Services Configuration the setting "Restrict each user to one session".

Also check that the clients do not use the /console switch to mstsc.exe.

No.
 
No. They logon as seperate users. Also, they do not use a /console switch
with mstcs.exe. All they are doing is doulble clicking on the Remote Desktop
Connection icon.
 
Are the Client names the same? If so user 1 will be disconnected when user2
logon.
