We have a remote client whoo is using an Epson Stylus C62 series printer. UP
until about a couple weeks ago, the print redirect functionality was working
perfectly - he was having no problems printing. Now all of a sudden, he
can't print. When I looked into the issue, I noticed that the printer is
being set properly but when he actually tries to print something, Event ID
61 (source: Print) is being logged. The particular message is "Win32 error
code returned by print processor: 5"
If you go to a command prompt and enter "net helpmsg 5", it tells you
"Access is denied".
The only thing that has changed on this server is that Service Pack 4 was
installed, however, no other users are experiencing this issue. What access
should I be looking for that this particular user is being denied from?
