TS Client Display Breaks Up

If you view from TS manager the session shows fine with no break up in the
display.
If the user disconnects the session and they reboot and reconnet to the
session it is is fine once more.

I thought it was some old PC's being old that had the issue, but I have been
told that a brand new one has displayed the symptoms.

Would appreciate any clues or help in bottoming this one.
