TS client "breaking"

I have several branch locations making TS connections to
my corp office just fien and one location where
connections are being "broken" randomly.

I'm mixed mode..AD..DSL connection...the branch office is
a child domain...local admin...

Anyone seen this...

I've heard that if TS looses two consecutive packets it
will disconnect, but I'm not certain if this is the same
as a connection being "broken".
 
How often does it happen? I had a DSL connection just for
the summer to a store with a flaky phone connection, they
were up 12/7, and had to re-boot maybe 4 or 5 times a
week, we basically lived with it.
 
When the connection gets broken, are the users actively
working, or are they idle?

When the connection gets broken, do the sessions go into
the disconnected state?
