TS and temp files with printing

Hello
I have an application that runs on TS server 2003. THe problem I have is
that in order to print the application creates a temp word document that it
prints from. Once one person prints and another tries to print it gives the
error message from our application that the temp file is already in use.
Office is installed under TS and all users are set only as remote desktop
users. Thanks in advance.
 
This is a typical example of an application that is not multi-user
aware and thereby not TS-compatible. The application probably uses a
hardcoded name for the tempfile, in stead of using the standard %
TEMP% variable, which points to a user-specific temp folder on a TS.

Check with the vendor of the application what can be done about this.
