TS 2000, 2003 temp licenses issued

I have 2003 domain, TS 2000 Server, and previously had a 2003 TS but took it
out of domain. I did not de-activate.
Listed under TS licenses are a few PC's that were issued TS 2003 temporary
licenses and 1 of them (a XP Home PC) has expired.
Not sure what to do to fix this.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Since it's an XP Home, it will need a purchased W2K TS CAL. I
assume that you have such TS CALs available on your Licensing
Server? And that the W2K TS can locate the 2003 LS?

You could try to delete the locally stored temporary 2003 TS CAL
from the client. Sometimes there is a problem with getting a new TS
CAL when the previous TS CAL on the client is of a different
version (as it is in your situation).

OK, I can fix the one client. But my second problem is There are a few
clients listed under TS 2003 Temp licenses. I don't have a 2003 TS at this
time. How can I prevent clients from getting 2003 TS Temp license?
 
I assume that those 2003 temporary TS CALs were issued when you
still had a 2003 TS.
Now that you only have W2K TS, clients should receive a W2K
temporary TS CAL from the LS.
Have you checked with a new client if it still receives a 2003
temporary TS CAL when it connects to a W2K TS?
