Hi Folks,
I found a post(thanks to Ed Hamrick) of Hiroaki YOSHIFUJI
([email protected])
Subject: Success with Nikon LS-40 and vuescan under Linux
and i'm tryng to apply some of that solution to NIKON LS-50 ED on
linux MDK 9.2
So I put these lines in /ETC/modules and the LS-50 ED in now
recognized by linux and Vuescan.
options scanner product=0x4001 vendor=0x4b0
below usb-uhci scanner
But it still doesn't work : vuescan is frozen in the middle of any
scan or preview.
I used 0x4001 to say "LS-50 ED", according that the Supercoolscan ls
4000 was 0x400. But I don't know if it is right. Any idea or
information?
Regards.
PALJ.
