I have managed to setup a link with another user, we are both on broadband
running XP, we both have the same camera. The problem we have is the
connection seems to be so slow that the video is worthless and the audio is
broken up and very delayed. We have calculated the delay as being up to 20s.
Is there something we are doing wrong?

Hi, my name is David and ill be happy to help you! hmm, I don't think that
you personally are doing anything wrong. I've used the messenger's video too,
and I have cable too. It seems that the video on MSN messenger or Windows
messenger isnt that great. I suggest using, AOL INSTANT MESSENGER for video
(because its very fast...depending on your camera speed)...Yahoo! messenger
at times can be fast too (if you have supercam) on. Please try those and see
how both of your cameras react. If they are slow, it might be the camera. But
garentee, the problem is not you at all! If you have any questions or need
anymore help, please feel free to e-mail me at: (e-mail address removed) or
visit my website(still under construction due to its new) at

Thanks and I look foward to helping you!
